Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does tuition cost?

    Although tuition generally increases slightly each year, the tuition schedule for this current year can be viewed here.


  • When do we pay tuition?

    Tuitions fees are due monthly on the 1st, or you may prepay in full during the first week of school in September.


  • What program do I use to pay tuition?

    Our online portal for parents to make payments is InvoiceSherpa. (link: https://fe-invoicesherpa.com/). 


  • What payment options are used when using InvoiceSherpa?

    You will be able to make payments easily within InvoiceSherpa via credit card. At this point in time please do not use the bank account debit as this for the USA only. 


    When you make your payment within InvoiceSherpa via credit card, you will have two options you can select. You can select to save your credit card information on your profile. This makes it easy, as you do not need to re-key the credit card information each time you come in to manually make a payment. The other option is save your credit card and automatically process payments so that you do not even need to sign in to pay the invoice.


    Once you sign up with InvoiceSherpa you will be able to see your invoices, outstanding balance, and past payments. 

  • Can I set up a direct debit from my bank?

  • Can I pay with cash or a cheque at the office?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or cheques to the office. Please use one of the above mentioned payment methods.

  • I can't find my InvoiceSherpa invitation, what do I do now??

    If you do not have an invitation to InvoiceSherpa, please check your SPAM folder. If the invite is not there, please request an invitation by emailing: accounting@valleychristianschool.ca.

  • Can I pay tuition using Interac E-Transfer?

    Yes, if you would like, you can send an Interac E-Transfer to accounting@valleychristianschool.ca.   Please include your name and particulars in the message to ensure we can allocate your payment correctly.

  • What happens if I miss a tuition payment?

    We will send you reminder emails if you miss your payments. After 31 days, payments which are late, will accrue interest monthly.

  • How much do I owe?

    Please sign into InvoiceSherpa to pull any outstanding invoices or payments due.

  • Can you take my payment automatically each month off my credit card?

    Yes!  When you sign into InvoiceSherpa to pay a bill, please be sure to check the "Store method" box. Please note, this will not pay past bills automatically, only new bills.
